Time to spill the beans!! I’ve been looking into turning my crafting/refinishing hobby into an actual incorporated business! An ultimate goal of mine is to join one of the barn or warehouse sales in my area (there are at least 4 within 30 minutes of us!). Then lo-and-behold today on Facebook Heather of Post Road Vintage had a link to her most recent post with a sign up for a free 8 week business course! The course begins on March 1st. You can expect one email a week (for 8 weeks) addressing topics like what Heather wishes she had known when starting her creative business, her favorite resources (books, websites, videos, classes, etc.), information on marketing, branding, setting up a business, and how to make money!! While Heather says the course is designed for the “beginners” she believes it could be an invaluable resource to any creative business. Awesome!!!! Just the kind of resource I need at this point in my venture. Heather’s website and Etsy shop are chock full of farmhouse inspiration, which I love!!
