Warm, decadent, moist, and super simple chocolate cookies. My 3 year old and I whipped these tasty treats up for her daddy in 15 minutes from start to finish!
Chocolate Chunk Cookies
Ingredients:
-1 box chocolate cake mix
-2 eggs
-1/3 cup oil
-1 cup Ghirardelli Bittersweet Chocolate Chips
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2. Mix cake mix, oil, and eggs. When they are well combined stir in chocolate chips.
3. Place small scoops on cookie sheet. Use floured glass bottom (or your hand) to flatten to approximately 1/4 inch)
4. Bake 6-8 minutes. Remove pan from oven and allow to cool for a minute before placing cookies on cooling racks.
