A few weekends ago my family headed out to Sweet Clover Barn for the Hometalk Halloween Hunt. A quick visit with Miriam from Hometalk, Karen aka The Graphics Fairy, and my pal Cassie of Primitive and Proper (one of the co-owners of Sweet Clover) and we were off shopping.
Today I wanted to show you what I did with one of my purchases from Sweet Clover!
I instantly loved this set of four napkins! The color, the texture, the pattern. LOVE!
I picked up the coordinating ticking fabric at our third stop of the day, The Old Lucketts Store and had planned on using the fabric and napkins to make pillows for my daughter’s room. They may still become pillows eventually but when I went to iron them I had a little epiphany.
They’d look great as placemats for a fall table setting!!
They are the perfect size for a large plate and silverware. The tribal-esque motif made me think of western decor and I knew I already had the perfect fabric to accompany them!
